One of my favorite questions is, Who Are You?

Yet so often, we are instead asked: what do you do?

I’m a seasoned leadership coach, facilitator, therapist, and community builder, deeply committed to helping people live with more clarity, purpose, and connection.

I am a therapist working in community mental health. I consider myself an integrative therapist, bringing both a psychodynamic and humanistic approach, along with other modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.

I’m a trained leadership coach and credentialed through the ICF. I have spent thousands of hours engaging individuals and groups in transformative coaching processes.

Previously, I served as a Director at Echoing Green, a global leadership accelerator based in New York City. There, I created experiences for people to connect and learn more about themselves, social innovation, and how to make an impact.

I am a seasoned speaker and trainer, and have led countless workshops for large corporations, private foundations, nonprofits, and community groups. I regularly share my voice through writing and speaking—including pieces in Forbes and Stanford Social Innovation Review. You can also listen to my podcast, Within Us.

Four years ago, I started a hyper-local moms group, which has grown to over 500 members. MamaConnect is a community I am deeply passionate about. I also have served as a Senior Contributor to Central Mass Mom for almost five years.

But titles and credentials only tell part of the story. I’m also a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I believe deeply in people—their capacity to grow, lead, and thrive when given the space and support to do so. I believe in community care and in systems change. And I believe in honesty—about the beauty and the brokenness we each carry.

Originally from a small town in Massachusetts, I’ve lived in Boston, New York, and Connecticut, and am now back home in New England. I bring a warm, candid, and grounded presence to everything I do—and as one of my favorite assessments once said, I’m a balance of tough and kind.

Through my therapy, coaching, writing, and day-to-day connection with others, I’m here to help people step into their fullest, most purposeful selves—and to remind us all that we don’t have to do it alone.
