Welcome!

Like anyone reading this, I do many things.

In my “day job” I am a Director at Echoing Green, a global nonprofit organization that supports social entrepreneurs who are solving the world’s most pressing challenges. In that role, I am both a people manager, where I support an incredible team of mission-driven individuals. Our team is responsible for building and implementing programs that best serve the individuals we work with.

I am also a leadership coach and facilitator, where I most often support managers, nonprofit board members, individuals seeking clarity around their purpose journey, and individuals and organizations who are seeking support in operationalizing their goals.

Most importantly, I am a mother and a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a human who believes in authenticity, vulnerability, optimism, justice, and love. In my writing, I focus on both what it means to be a manager and a leader, and what I am learning as I navigate my own path towards purpose.

Wherever you are on your path, I want to meet you there, and walk with you to where you want to go.

My Values As A Coach

Working with the right coach at the right time can be life changing. Understanding the values, style, and principles your coach is grounded in is an important place to start. The principles that I hold closest in the work I do are the following:

• YOU are the expert. I am not here to simply give you answers. I will ask powerful questions, provide important feedback, and guide you through a process to create the change you are seeking.

• Everything is connected. You may have arrived looking for career coaching, and discover that you need to also focus on time management. We will go where you need to go to gain the most from your coaching experience.

• Start where you are. We will identify where you are on your journey, and start there. The only requirement is that you are ready to change.

• Change is hard. I cannot fix anything for you as a coach, but I will PUSH you far beyond your comfort zone and SUPPORT you every step of the way.
